Before

I had always been into fitness and nutrition, but after 2020 and lockdown like many people i lost all motivation to keep ontop of diet and exercise which lead to excessive weight gain, this photo was taken at the start of 2021 and i started the year determined to change my physique and my life

After

Fast forward to 2024 and i did exactly that, with a new found enjoyment for diet and exercise, learning to cook great, healthy meals and losing 75 pounds as well as adding muscle in the process, this process was long, hard work and i learned so much along the way, this information i wanted to pass onto other people to help transform their physiques through online fitness coaching.

I do not believe in a one size fits all approach, fitness is a journey and like any journey, it will come with it’s unique journey, my job is to use my experience to guide you through that journey and make it easy and effective for you to work around your everday life.

Realistic & healthy nutrition

I'm a firm believer that you can still maintain a social life, even when you're on a fitness journey or even hiring an online coach. You can still enjoy drinks with your partner or pizza nights with friends.

These things will always be a part of your life, so instead I'll teach you how to optimise your nutrition around them, how to include more protein & overall eat all foods in a healthy balance... without compromising your lifestyle.

As your trainer, I care about not only saying "do this, do that" but instead "do this because, do that because". I will help you understand why I give you the exercises I do or suggest the meals I do.

We will slowly adjust everything from where you are now to where you want to be & I'll explain everything along the way. This means you won't bounce back after and you will maintain your results even when I'm not there.

How does online fitness coaching or gym trainers work ?

Online fitness coaching is a new and exciting way to offer Fitness Coaching and achieve life-changing transformation. It can be utilised by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility and affordability. With Online Personal Training, you can work with the best in the world, from anywhere in the world getting one to one guidance and tailored fitness goals for a price far less than a normal trainer or coach would be from a gym.

Being an online personal trainer or gym coach also helps the trainer, in that we can allocate much more time more efficiently to our clients to deliver them the best results from our coaching efforts.

Onboarding

Upon sign up, you will receive your online lifestyle questionnaire from your coach. This questionnaire provides me with all the information I need to create your Personal Online Training and Nutrition Programme.

Weekly Check-Ins

The weekly check-in form provides information beyond what I can acquire from tracking your training and nutrition alone – checking energy, hunger, recovery, steps, water, and leaving no stone unturned. When reviewing your week, I want to have a complete picture of how it's gone so I can provide the feedback and support required to reach your goals!

Fitness Coaching Welcome Video

Once I’ve created your plan, I’ll send you an in-depth video taking you through it. During this 20-40 minute video, I’ll take you through exactly what’s required to obtain the results you seek. Providing you with the map to your desired transformation – the blueprint to your dream physique!

Weekly Success Feedback

The regular comms and weekly in-depth feedback are what really set me apart from the crowd. Each week, you'll receive feedback where I'll highlight areas where you're doing well and what we need to work on moving into the following week. Frequent feedback ensures you receive the support, accountability and encouragement required to obtain the result you seek.

Bespoke Training & Nutrition Plans based on experience

I am NOT one of those Online Personal Trainers or gym coach who will just send you a generic plan and let you crack on. Instead, the training programme I create will be research-based and specifically designed to build, sculpt and develop your desired physique as we work together as coach and client.

Unlimited Support

As well as receiving regular feedback, you'll also be able to message me directly via the Expert PT Online Personal Training App at any time. I will be your full-time Personal Trainer/Coach – there to support, motivate and guide you through your body transformation.

  • Online coaching is having a virtual personal trainer at a cheaper price, the idea is to help you with your personal goals in fitness and give you a road map to success.

  • Our online fitness coaching is £99.99 per month, you can cancel anytime, to show interest click here.

  • If you are committed to the plan set out for you and prepared to walk in those steps, combined with being patient and trusting in the process, online coaching is 100% worth it, if not you can cancel your plan at anytime.

  • There are many online fitness coaches, picking the right one can be challenging, best advise it to look at someone who has achieved similar to what you are wanting to, if you desire to go from skinny to muscular, find someone who has done that, if you are overweight and wish to make a big lifestyle change, pick a coach that has done that, if you want to do a bodybuilding show or photo shoot, you can find a coach who has done exactly that.

  • Absolutely! You'll know exactly how many calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats you should be consuming each day. You'll know what foods to eat and what foods are best avoided. You'll know what will be required pre and post-workout to optimise your performance and recovery. I'll inform you on how to plan/schedule your meals to optimise protein synthesis (muscle gain). All this whilst providing delicious recipes to help keep things exciting. I will completely remove the guesswork!

  • Absolutely! It'll be my job to ensure you're doing veganism the right way, the safe way, a way in which is conducive to your goals and avoids the infamous nutrient deficiencies that can accrue from eliminated meat, fish and dairy.

  • I ask that you record your sets and reps in the gym and send them to me so that i can properly see your form and provide recommendations.

  • Online personal training involves your coach creating for you an online plan personalised to you based on what your goals are in fitness, combined with weekly check ins to make sure the plan is being followed and that we are making progress to where you want to go.

  • We do weekly check in's at a date and time that works best for you.

  • I do recommend that you have a gym membership to get the maximum results from your coaching.

  • Most clients see progress after just a few weeks of following their plan. How long it'll take to achieve your desired body composition goal, really depends on what your goal is. I'll do everything in my power to help you achieve your physique goal as quickly as possible. In fact, I pride myself on helping people transform their body in the quickest possible time.

  • Your monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time. Simply let me know that you wish to cancel before the next payment is due, and I'll cancel it. Alternatively, you can cancel directly via your customer portal (Stripe). Once cancelled, you will not be charged again and will be able to continue the service until the end of your current payment period.

  • No, I'll design a plan to fit around your lifestyle. Most of my clients train 3 to 4 times per week, but I have clients who train once per week and have others who train over seven times per week. I'll design the plan around what is optimal whilst ensuring it's realistic.

  • No, only you and I will have access to your progress photos. The progress photos and transformations you see on my website, and on my social media platforms are all at the consent of clients who want to share their fantastic progression.

The price of the service is £100.00 per month to hire me as your full-time Online Personal Trainer / One to one Online Coach.

When you compare the price to local in-person personal training, you can see that Online Coaching is the most cost-effective way of hiring a coach, especially if you're based in London UK. 

One to one Personal Trainers based in cities like London charge between £40-£65 per session, if you're having 2-3 sessions per week, it can be quite costly so you can leverage a coach with experience for a much cheaper price then an in person coach.
